Prospective students also need a current Oklahoma RN license. The 60-credit degree includes two required Saturday in-person orientation days a year and optional monthly on-campus sessions. Courses cover key nursing issues like health assessment, nursing research, and leadership in nursing. Students also complete two clinical practicums that require in-person availability. Full-time students can complete the CCNE-accredited BSN in nine months, but learners can also enroll part-time.

The CCNE-accredited RN to BSN online program at Ohio State University helps registered nurses with an associate degree or diploma complete their bachelor’s degree. Student complete four courses with clinical requirements totaling 225 hours. Students can also add a certificate in nursing forensics, nursing informatics, or nursing management to their degree.
