One of the longest – and most low profile – marriages in Hollywood. Country singer Dolly Parton had been married to her husband, Carl Dean, since May 1966. The two met in Nashville when Parton moved to the state back in 1964. According to Parton, it was definitely love at first sight!

Two years after meeting each other, they tied the knot, making this year!

Confidence does let you go a long way! Oscar-winning actors Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas almost didn’t got together after Zeta-Jones turned Douglas down during their initial meet. After quite an elaborate pursuance, Douglas finally got a yes from Zeta-Jones to start dating.

The two got married on November 2000 after their first baby. Patience really brings you far, as the couple are now about to celebrate their 23 years of being together!

Victoria Beckham and David Beckham


Dubbed as one of the power couples in Hollywood, professional football player David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria Beckham’s relationship has always been the subject of news – from their long-lasting marriage to the ups and downs they experience.

The two met back in 1997 at the Manchester United players’ lounge. Two years later, the couple tied the knot on July 1999 at Luttrellstown Castle near Dublin, Ireland. After years of being together, the Beckhams are still as strong as ever, going to their 23 years of marriage!

Wolverine star Hugh Jackman is one of the admired names in Hollywood – even more so his marriage with co-Australian actor Deborah-Lee Furness.

According to Jackman, he was instantly attracted to Furness, and was sure of it two weeks into meeting each other. He was obviously at the right lane at that time, as after tying the knot on April 1996, the two are not about to celebrate 27 years of their marriage!

Obviously, their whirlwind romance wasn’t all for naught – they’re still going 29 years strong now!
